You can get back to your daily routine of shampooing and brushing your hair after a period of two weeks. You can also go and get a haircut if you feel up to it. By this time, the implanted hair grafts are fixed into your scalp making their permanent place there. By four weeks, you can even dye your hair and apply the color you want to have on them. It all depends on the laxity of your scalp and the type of hair transplant procedure you have endured.
