The patients also require following some instructions to improve their outward appearance with permanent and undetectable hair restoration surgery. Do not self treat yourself under any condition. Recovery takes time. Be patient and act upon post operative instructions to avoid any problem.   

Surgery is carried out under local anesthesia that usually numbs the area for three to four hours. Once the anesthesia wears off, some pain and discomfort with soreness of scalp and minor swelling can be experienced by patients. Luckily, the pain and swelling is temporary that can be treated with painkillers. It is suggested to take care of scalp by using certified medications.
